Your home is
entered into the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service
(MLS). Your listing profile will include 6 photos (many listings
have just one photo, some have none!), *virtual tour link, and
descriptive remarks to promote buyers with the desire to see
your home.

An attractive
Coldwell Banker yard sign is placed (with your permission), complete
with appropriate sign riders, and a flyer holder with full color
flyers.

Our Coldwell Banker Chandler office is open and staffed
on Sundays - not all real estate companies do this! Be
sure to ask as you interview others. Out staff assists sellers
and buyers with phone calls, sign calls, and walk-ins.

An electronic
lockbox is placed (with your permission) containing house keys for Arizona
licensed REALTORS® to show your home to qualified prospective
buyers. For your safety, this lockbox system is designed to
enable me to check who has used the lockbox every 24 hours.

High definition
large format photos will be taken of the inside and outside of
your property (minimum of 12) which will be used for the MLS
(allows 6), Flyers, and internet marketing
promotion. These can be given to you on a CD by request.

Your home will be
placed in Southwest Living Magazine, a publication printed on
behalf of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage that is printed
10 times a year and is distributed to virtually all grocery
stores and convenience stores throughout the Phoenix
metropolitan area! (call me to request a copy!)

JUST LISTED
postcards will be mailed to surrounding homes in your
neighborhood. Many times a neighbor has a friend or relative
interested in buying a home in the community!

Coldwell Banker
Home Protection Plan - your home (with your permission) will be
enrolled with American Home Shield Home Warranty Services during
the time your home is listed. I'd be happy to discuss the
details of this valuable service during an in-the-home
evaluation!

respectful professional manner. I am tactful and assertive, but
not aggressive and pushy. I consider myself a very good
negotiator, using finesse instead of aggression. I am patient
and a very good communicator. I take the time to explain things
so that my clients can make informed and educated decisions. I
take the time to stay in touch throughout the transaction in an
effort to minimize the stress levels as the transaction evolves.
I also consider myself above average in the many uses that
computers offer in the Real Estate world.
Who I am not -
Some people prefer an "A-type personality", aggressive pushy
Realtor, and I respect that choice. If that’s what you prefer,
then chances are I’m not your guy, because that's not me. Quite
frankly I would rather you know this about me up front, rather
than for either of us to waste valuable time! But if my
